bowmanrealestate.us describes how Bowman Real Estate reads, prices and markets land, homes, farms and commercial property in Southwest Virginia, and explains the ground rules a buyer or seller runs into: access, utilities, soil, zoning, permits and taxes. It is written to inform. It is not legal, tax, lending, survey or engineering advice, and reading it does not make Bowman Real Estate your agent. Rules and offices change; confirm anything you rely on with the county, the state agency or your own attorney, accountant, lender or surveyor.
A valuation, estimate or read that Bowman Real Estate gives you is an opinion of value from a real estate licensee. It is not an appraisal. Appraisals are performed by licensed appraisers, and a lender will order its own.
Where listing facts come from
Price, status and property facts on this site are taken from the SW VA Association of REALTORS Multiple Listing Service record for each listing Bowman Real Estate holds, and are refreshed each time the site is rebuilt. The information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed. Acreage, frontage and boundaries are approximate until surveyed; a listing can go under contract or leave the market between rebuilds. Verify anything that matters to you before you buy, and read the MLS record the page links to.
Photographs of Bowman listings are the listing photos from the MLS record. Landscape photographs elsewhere on the site are illustrations of the kind of ground this region has and are labeled as such where they sit near a listing; they are not photographs of a Bowman listing, sale or client unless the caption says so.
